dumb holiday. however, it gives me an excuse to spend the evening with my girl and to open a bottle of russian standard. cant wait to try this stuff.

derick and i didn't get anything for each other. honestly, for me valentine's day was only fun in elementary school. it was fun to make the little cardboxes. it was bascially just a day at school to goof off and eat cookies

i did get some chocolates from my mom but i'm saving em for the weekend.

agreed. That said, due to my obsession with Sins of a Solar Empire the past few days, I had a very almost valentine's day like evening last night.

last year I worked until 2:30am, came home, showered and went to bed.

#1 Societal pressure, "so what are you doing with your Valentine?" (When you haven't been arsed to hunt down a strumpet)
#2 The reminder that you're stuck with a person who've you lost all or never had any emotion for. (Is this really it?)
