Yes in general all the snare rolls sound a bit weirds ......

I will try to correct this and try another some snare sample.

it's not even so much the sample. it's just rhythmically unnatural. I think if you fix the rolls themselves so that they sound natural and real, then that'll solve 90% of the problem.
I'd try that then re-evaluate.
