Denmark's Hatesphere return with a pulverizing new album. "The Sickness Within" is deeply rooted in Old School Thrash, with galloping drums and speedy riffs. The guitar solos are off the hook, with lots of technical wizardy, and really cool harmonies. The vocals are of the "melt your face" variety, which is perfect for this music. This is a group of insanely talented musicians, and their performance on this album is so in your face, I can only imagine how energetic their live shows are. This is truly a headbanging masterpiece, with a few heavy as hell breakdowns here and there. Overall, Hatesphere's new cd is amazing, and if you like real METAL, do yourself a favor and buy this!!!! The songs are very well written and the album has a perfect flow. It's over before you realize that your living room's trashed.
