I just discovered this band, Circa Survive. They're similar to Volta, they're REALLY good! They have one album, Juturna. Check it out!

Check out Kaddisfly (similar to Circa Survive according to last.fm), they are great, especially the new album "Set Sail the Prairie". The last album "Buy Our Intention - We'll Buy You a Unicorn" is very good too, but not as accessible.
