heard the early Cynic demo's??

Fuck yeah. I can see why Chuck hired them to play on human. Their early stuff could actually pass as early death recordings...

The demo version of Uroboric forms is much better than the Focus version... Unless i have them mixed up.

The one with mostly clean vox sucks ASS. it is a totally different song... The one with mostly GROWLING is a better arrangement of the song, i don't know why the hell they changed it.

Fuck Aeon Spoke though... what the hell has become of the mighty cynic? Their new 'band' is a radio rock band with four chords per song.

yeah, Aeon Spoke was awful; they actually changed the name to something else. It is only Reinert and Masvidal from Cynic, though, the other guys aren't involved. Reinert says he just isn't into playing metal any more, but he could at least play something interesting. The drumming is just gay on those songs.

I'll check out the Cynic demos. I only have Focus and it rules.
