Damn fuckin right i am pulling my eyes out of their sockets today and my nose is a mess too, i have took my 'Neo Claryton' and my eye drops but god the pollen is wellll to powerful for me this year, i am not a happy bunny

please lordy tell me you have the answers????? i have been on the net reading up all the hints and tips but i cant sleep with my windows closed and i dont wanna walk down the vale with a lump of vaso on me nose

Get a bottle brush thats used for cleaning babies bottles and stick it up your sinuses.
Believe me I've been tempted this year.
It's so bad I had to shave me muzzie off.

yeah have it too, not too bad but at times i have to sneeze a couple of times in a row, then i when there is actually time to clean my nose all the snot come back right afterwards. It's pretty annoying and i'm glad i only have it for a month or so. I don't even know what exactly i'm allerigic to. Should be birch pollen or sth. Anyway, what i do sometimes when it's really bad is to let warm water run through the nose right into the throat. Sounds aweful, and it is, but it works for it cleans the nose of all the pollen. You should try that.

i used to suffer pretty bad from grass allergy, but the last two years ive pretty much been spared because ive been on this allergy-vaccination treatment for the last three years, goddamnit im thankful!

and yeah, this years been pretty bad so far, though i dont feel like evacuating to the north pole like i did 3 years ago!

I might try the vaccination thing.When I was a kid i was told it would get better as I get older.It's fucking worse now than it ever was.

mind you, its not a adrenal cortex hormone injection, many mistake the vaccination with that stuff.

i cant recommend the vaccination strong enough, because its done wonders for me! i used to be in hell whenever there was the slightest hint of grass pollen in the air, nowadays i sneeze a bit and my eyes itches a bit when its at its worst, and thats that.

ive also heard that thing about out-aging allergy, but i dont know anyone whos ever outgrown it. do you?

right i'm makin an appointment at the docs for that vaccination i am gonna get it even it i am not aloud, i will have it....goddamit i need a dirty big muslim to sort me head right out!
