Just noticed that Headbanger's Ball is on MTV every Saturday night (well, Sunday morning) at 1 am. Anyone watched it, and if so, does it actually have any metal on it, or just the usual boring nu-metal and MTV-friendly heavy rock stuff like Nickelback and the like?
