THIS WEEK ON YOUR CLASSIC METAL SHOW: THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW first and foremost wants to thank Kurdt, Steve, Ronnie, Jay and Jeff from Metal Church for their awesome job they did co-hosting THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW last week. They did a great job! Check out their latest, A LIGHT IN THE DARK, out now on SPV Records.

Now, on to the business of this week's show. It's going to be an especially packed show. First and foremost, the biggest metal event of 2007 is turning out to be the Heaven And Hell tour, which is basically Black Sabbath - the Dio Years! Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and CMS friend Vinny Appice have teamed up to take it to the road under the "Heaven And Hell" moniker. Vinny will be checking in with the guys to talk about the upcoming tour and new Black Sabbath greatest hits package that will be coming complete with new tracks! Additionally, Vinny and the guys are about to embark on a new feature for the show, which will be revealed this week.

Next up, some big listening parties and interviews. First off, Temple of Brutality is a new project featuring David Ellefson of Megadeth fame. The new band is very brutal, which is just the way we like it. We'll do a New Music Listening Party for TOB's LETHAL AGENDA, and hopefully Ellefson will be joining the guys on the show to talk about the new project.

Next up, Loudness has a new album called BREAKING THE TABOO. It's pure Japanese Metal, and it's landing on our shores courtesy of THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW. We'll do a New Music Listening Party for BREAKING THE TABOO this week.

The busy week continues as Metal Church touring mates Meliah Rage are back with a brand new album called THE DEEP AND SLEEPLESS DREAM. The album slams hard, so it's definitely going to get some play on the show in the form of a New Music Listening Party. We're also working to set up an interview with someone from the band to talk about all things Meliah Rage - past and present.

As if all of this isn't enough, Neeley and Chris have been really digging a new Metal Information Website known as Metaleater.com. We've reached out to the site's director, Tony Antunovich, who has agreed to check in on the show and talk about Metaleater, and the state of metal as it is today. As you can tell, this show is going to be very busy, so get in early and rock out with THE CLASSIC METAL SHOW.
