rofl. thanks d0od! yeah its the big bottom model. my podxt died, so i can't give you the patch (arrrgghh). im waiting in guitar center to get my fucking x3 live in so i can keep working on this. but its the big bottom, bass is about 8, mid 9, treble and presence at 6.5. and the mesa cab model, with the 421 mic. and use the screamer as a boost. i used my shecter c-7 hellraiser guitar with emg 707 pickups.

respect for the information!
I m just before buying a dimarzio x2n, hope it ll work fine with my xt.
one thing plus, a nice bass track would double the excitement of the track! like tesseract's one for example...
I m trying hard with bass tracks without bass guitar, and my best result is with hardcore bass vst. Maybe you should try that!
but the guitars are the shitt!!! love the sound!

I'd say more missing a lot of mids in the tone, cuz it's hard to get more lows than with the Big Bottom model and the MD421! :goggly: Really cool music though, dude, I especially like the stereo imaging of some of the riffs. Also, the leads and snare could come up, and once you give some mid-body to those guitars to break the Metallica-sound, it'll be bitchin'!

cool d0ods. i like the metallic-machine kind of guitar tones. if i give it any more mids it starts honking instead of getting that dino/meshuggah type djent sound, rofl. i wish i had a bass! im gunna try and get that hardcore bass thing and see if i can make due with that until my bass player can learn this stuff.
