After nearly a decade away the Italian epic metalllers are back and sounding very good. I used to love that album Hard as Iron all those years ago and was waiting for the follow up until I gave up hope. Now out of the friggin blue, they've finally stopped making pasta and pizza to churn out a new album of metallic epicness instead!

This is a solid Power Metal album that is actually powerful. I figured it was going to be more of the same Italian movie-score metal, but it certainly is not. I almost didn't even download it to review thinking I 'knew' what it would sound like. Very much guitar driven with keyboards as a supporting instrument, rather than the other way around. My review will post next weekend at We Love Metal.

I'd love to see more of this Italian scene revival...... A lot of it was somewhat cheesy and derivative back in the nineties, but I enjoyed most of it. Bands like Arkhe, Time Machine, Zen, Black Jester.....

Definitely look forward to hearing this disc though!

I too was expecting the same thing, which is essentially Rhapsody worship. I'm so glad it isn't. Sounds very solid.

I just peed myself with joy. I have the first two albums and love them. I was sad when the band seemed to disappear.

Love the new song. New singer? The last one was a baritone as I recall.
