Hi All,
Just found this place a couple of weeks back after randomly googling to find out if Andy Sneap was still doing music stuff (I was/am a big Sabbat fan).
I'd like to say thanks for the really useful ideas/techniques I've already learnt from this place, as I'm just starting to get into the home-recording thing.
Anyway, I've now done my first track using some of the guitar recording techniques suggested here, and I'm quite happy with it (apart from the drums, which are Soundfont based and sound a bit feeble).
Anyway, here it is. The product of a couple of days work, a cover of The Undertones - Teenage Kicks as a bit of a tribute to John Peel. It's not exactly metal, but that will come later.
