i got into it through the Christian band Living Sacrifice and their "reborn" album.
i am now into a good variety of metal. getting into it later in the genre's existence and through a more modern band has made it interesting to go into the back catalog and discover what others have enjoyed for some time.
anyway, i am into most forms of metal in it's true state. i am fairly new though, so don't get extremely pissed if what i say isn't pure metal gospel.
