Help creating fx loop for pedals Saffire 24

Hi guys,

I need help to make an fx loop for using pedals as delay and reverb using a Saffire Pro 24 and Reaper.

I think this can be done. The line level out into the pedals will get not an optimus sound?

I want to use amp sims and route to an hardware pedal fx loop and back to soundcard.

How to achieve all this?
