A buddy of mine gave me some di's to re-pod farm for him. When I bring them into logic they play at half speed, when i preview them in OS they are fine. Does anyone know whats up? :zombie:

chances are the DI's .wav's have tempo info built into them and are automatically setting your DAW to that tempo - try pulling them into audacity, leave the sample rate etc the same (24 bit 41 or 48 k ) and re-export them as wither wav's or aiff's - this might kill the tempo info lodged in the file

I think it's the other way around (haven't had my coffee yet though so I could be wrong), but yeah - the sample rate would be my guess.

I changed my 003 to 96k and it still didnt work. Afterwards however, it looked as if coreaudio changed the sample rate back to 44.1, so I'll try again because thats probably the problem.
