Just found it on Limewire. The quality isn't fantastic, but given the nature of the source I don't know if you're going to find much better, at least not easily. It's something, anyway. Uploaded for Glenn and anyone else who's interested here.

WOrks good for me.

I use limewire.I can't download more that 10 files at the same time and I don't usualy get more than 35-40 Mbps !
