Help me choose a cab

Hi guys.
Here is the deal.I'm looking for a 1x12 cab, but i don't have a large variety of them to try.So i'm looking for oppinions.Mesa?Orange?Engl?Framus?Tech21?
I'm gonna use it in my flat so a 2x12 will be too loud i guess.
My preamp is the E530.No poweramp yet(so some budget sollutions are welcome)

Oh.I aint gonna record with it(at least atm).Just looking for something to suit the preamps character.

i use an Epiphone valve jr 1x12 cab. quite nice, though its open back

How's the low end on that?
