Help me make my next purchase..

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in a good preamp to bypass the one on my Mbox mini. What preamp would you guys recommend for guitar, bass, and vocals? My band and I have about 500 USD to make this purchase with..So keep that in consideration.

I'm currently using a Mbox mini for all micing and DI... No matter what I do with it, it just always sounds..lacking...So I was thinking if I got a better one I could still use PTLE with but with a different Preamp by bypassing the Mbox
