How do connect preamp to MBox 2?

Hey dudes

So, on my quest for the ultimate bedroom tonez, i've decided im going to purchase a nice preamp to run my mic's into when im doing vocals or cabs!

However, im using an Mbox 2 and i can't work out if it's at all possible to bypass the built in pre's and im not sure how it would sound with preamp on preamp?

Any advice would be awesome

what he said^ also keep the level for said input at 0 and control it through the preamp

The only way to completely bypass the pre's is going through s/pdf.
