Help me out with a mix!

This is a band I've been working with. I'm feeling okay about the mix but could use some feedback. I'll give details on any of it if anyone's interested.

awesome! I really like the sound of the bass. I'm listening through headphones at work so can't give any real pointers. But it sounds really good!

Yeah that bass tone is really killer. I think the mix sounds real good. The only thin bothering me is the clean vocal. Sounds like you might need to lower it a bit in the mix and also roll off a touch of the high end. There's a frequency in there that's bothering me. Other than that I think everything else sits well!

What was used to get that bass tone?

Here's the bass info

Some musicman stingray style bass (it might have actually been a stingray I'm not sure), > Presonus TubePre > Digi 002. Chain in Protools looks like this. Two tracks. No amp.
