Help on site with free metal songs download

Does anyone know a good site with a large number of bands where I can download metal songs for free? I already tried http://xpeh.harddays.net/index.php?lt=all, but when I download it, I can never open it with iTunes (I think because of that rar extension at the end of the file). Thanks

Pretty sure any site that allows you to just download MP3s would get shut down pretty quickly. You really need limewire or a promgram that can uncompress .rar's. Whats wrong with limewire btw?
