i got rid of my hybrid bike and i want to get a BMX but i dont know much about them? i don't need a totally pimped out one, but i also don't want one that is a piece of junk. what should i get?

I thought I could answer too at first, being quite the bike-lover, but I don't know from brand names! I just know how much I'm ready to invest and I know what I likes when I sees it. I'm really happy with my front-suspension-only mountain bike, it rides well in the city and handles decent on the rocks and stones and roots of the Gatineau park...
I wouldn't recommend those front-and-back shocks if you're thinking of city use. You should be able to get a real decent bike for $350... That's pretty much the extent of my knowledge.
