Help tempo problem after reamping!!!

I sent out some DI guitar tracks to a buddy who reamped the guitars for me. I got
Them back and love the tone except there is a problem.
When I drag them into ableton the sample sound like its having
Tempo change within it. Why would this be? Especially since they were
Originally recorded in 48k and reamped in 48k?

Someone please help! I've waited a long time for this
Day and I can't figure it out.

Note: the guitars play perfectly when I play te aide

Ableton automatically warped it, just select the region and turn off warp.

In options, you can tell it to not auto-warp long files.
