awhile back i did an EP and a friend sent me drum tracks, so i recorded to those, not setting a tempo in the project file... now a few years later ive gone back and wanna swap out the old drums for new programmed ones and redo guitars/bass.
my problem is trying to sync the old tracks to a new project without speeding them up or slowing them down.
for example, say the song tempo is 160bpm, but the project was left at the default 120bpm since we were going off the supplied drum track. so when i try to use it in a new file set to the actual tempo is, it speeds up the track 40bpm.
.... this may very well be an extremely dumb question, but I've never come across this issue until now.
any clue how i can sync the old tracks?
