Help with how to post an interview

without seeming like spam or junk.. A friend of mine just started this neat website that features metals music, band interviews and pictures and much more!!

Any advice would be appreciated,

Not quite sure what you need help with.
Just give us the link with a few notes about the site (which you already did) and we'll check it out

If you want to post a specific interview, just link to it so the site gets the hit instead of including in-line text.
Make sure to put who the interview is with in the thread name, like "[name of site]: Interview with SoSo from ThatOneBand"
