Hello,
Going after Alexi's sound for quite some time I recently got myself a LTD Deluxe M-1000 Ebony guitar. The guitar kicks ass. The pickups suck big time. Really unnatural and overly boosted. Anyway, I bought it with the intention of getting an MM-04 and a H2 bridge pickup installed inside. Since it's a HxH guitar, I decided to get the H2 Neck as well.
My problem is I have no clue what pickup selector switch to get for the guitar...I'd like to stay on the solderless side if possible, but the only EMG switch that would work with passive pickups is meant for Telecaster guitars according to the description. And the LTD doesn't have a pickup guard so I'm a bit worried about the switch not fitting correctly.
Any recommendations?
