help with my chameleon!!!!

i just got a rocktron chameleon and i have never used a preamp like this before, so im new to the whole midi thing and all that, how would i go abouts getting a decent metal tone with this thing?

Ah thats a bummer... Have they got a website? You could look on there, but really for metal just turn the gain to full, treble around 7-10, mid 5-7, bass 5-10. Dimebag used full bass and treble and no mid.
