hello all
I have a question. There are an increasing number of african immigrants here in Columbus, and the women have tattoos on their foreheads, I'm trying to find out where these people are from. I suspect Ethiopia or Somalia, because they have dark skin but finer features than sub-saharan africans, probably an arabic influence.
I've suspected Coptic Christians, blah blah blah.
I don't want to just walk up to them and say, where the hell y'all from, anyway?
if anyone knows this answer please reply.

well I was at the library yesterday and as I left in the parking lot there was aguy who I think was Russian cursing out his wife...

russian woman: *stoic silence*, as their daughter stood there trying to ignore them

and then it was off to the races. their arms were windmilling more than pete townsend, as we left the lot to the rampaging immigrants.

well obviously that above is not an accurate transcription, but they could well have been Russian Jews as we have a large synagogue here in east columbus. as well as a massive new mormon temple.

here in dearborn they are building the largest masque (sp?) in north america. we have the largest arab pop also. whoa ho!

You live in the weird areas of Columbus... I don't see anything like this. I do see a lot of Indians and Arabs though...
