It's kind of Soundgarden meets Tool. Unfortunately, ignoring the horrible snare, the drummer is no Danny Carey, not even a Matt Cameron. I think you've done the best you can with what you've been given so props to you. If it was me I'd be pushing them to tighten up the drums, because when he's off it's VERY obvious.

Nice. Some things are not to my taste but altogether it works really well. E.g. the kick which works great with the fat disto gits but when they're not playing it sounds shit. The clean gits sound poo. And tuning them wouldn't have been a bad idea, too.
When everything is pying full on it's a nice wall of sound. Solo is cool, too.

I appreciate all your feedback. I can assure you any timing "errors" and dissonant weird clean parts are coldly calculated. This is a weird band, and I use the term with affection.
