Hey guys, need some user feedback on something

I have a hosting client who would like feedback on his store. I am curious to see what your guys feedback is, whatever it is. Good/bad/indifferent, reason, etc.

Well I dont Recognise most of the bands on there but the prices are nice and the navagation is easy ... but the prices, the prices are just very nice hahaha

Same here. I roamed to several letters and found three known bands by name (meaning I have never heard the music ).

The server is friendly and the navigation easy. But paying is not, only Money Order or Gay Pal (and I hate their policies).

Basically for me if a site doesn't take CC, and ship where I want (shipping address and billing address different) I skip it.

I'll have to get him to add the Visa logos etc. Paypal actually accepts CC now without having to sign up for an account etc. Its quite awesome (I use it on my store).

Like it so far though I think instead of having the bands separated by alphabet on the left he could have them separated by genre's .. if they are metal then : Black Metal, Death Metal, Power Metal, Thrash, Classic etc... also he needs a more pronounced logo... what he has on top looks more like a banner ad which he should have on your site for advertisement then on top like that on his own site... but i love the prices... i'm more into extreme metal then the other OS members so ask him to catergorize by genre.... currently i like BM and trying to get into DM more... but just a suggestion... also I didnt see it but maybe he needs a "Customer Service" page.. to contact with CS issues... again just a suggestion... he could do some research by studying his competitor's websites....

Really?

I used while in US and the confirmed address issue was annoying but not terrible. But now living outside US that issue is a major drag for me. I may check them again tho.
