hey guys the walmart smiley face is here!

Nice Nut Butter! Scare the guy, except that there is as much English HATE in Anglo areas for french people.

I have not heard nightmarish things, except that the provincial government in Quebec does favor french speaking people so you might have to take a back seat but if you have education that can be recognized here it helps you (which I would imagine would be the case). Employment can be a bitch I guess but hop around those sites and see what you can find:

www.monster.ca
www.workopolis.ca
www.jobboom.com
www.jobshark.ca

and it should give you an idea of what is available. (might have some errors in the URL but I won't go there at work to check so google them if I made a mistake)

hmmm yeah, I believe anglos would have much better luck going through Ontario's immigration service.
Same with Frenchies coming over here, I know a French guy with a bunch of diplomas got turned down by the Ontario immigration office. The anglos don't want to lose their numerical supremacy, and the frenchies don't want to be pummeled into nothingness.

Well we are all of those things compared to our south neighbor :)

The argument does not hold for other countries...

Seriously, the immigration process is not that hard as long as you go through the proper channels.

And yeah, NB is probably right that it would be easier in Ontario. In any case:

i'm scouring my head, lately, on feasible and realistic ways i can plan to move to canada, without just saying that.
I've been doing this for the better part of a year now, so far have only wistfully thought about it and checked monster.ca for one single intense 20 minute session 6 months ago so far.

Walmart sucks. I worked at the local Kmart in high school and it sucks too, but didn't have that evil monopolistic glare that Walmart carries. Maybe that's only because Kmart filed chap. 11 a few years ago.
