Hello Kat. board members! I've been a Katatonia fan since the last 2 years. I live in a place where this guys are really unknown for most of the people and that's really bad, I think there's only a little bit of information rewarding the early Kat. years. So I decided to post this first question?


What was the live-lineup in the early years (Jhva Elohim Meth, December Souls, Brave Murder Day...'92-'97)? I made this question because I know that basically the band was only Jonas and Blakkheim.

Well, the lineups were [in no particular respect to chronological order]
Nystrom, Renkse, Israphel
Nystrom, Renkse, Akerfeldt
Nystrom, Renkse, Akerfeldt, Israphel
after those gigs, the band took a hiatus from gigging then emerged into the new era.
