anything with Neutrik(connectors), Mogami(cable) printed on it, it's your best bet.

I do agree they are overpriced, but I've never had a Monster fail on me. That's simply why I keep buying them-
If they start crapping out, then I'd move on to something else, of course.

Youre in the UK so get some cleartone cables from award session

Neutrik, van damme, made to order, 6m = £14 or so. Hardly more than making it from the same stuff yourself, used em for ~5 years, never had a failure.

Low impedance cables really do no have an effect on tone unless poor leads are used (cheap allows with resistive elements). Everything from planet waves, monster, to mogami and neutrik will have very little difference, don't beleive in the hype.

High impedance cables on the other hand, need be be made more precise because band manufacture methods will be noticeable even with short lengths.

Price difference between most cables in relative length comes from manufacture quality, meaning, the more expensive cables are more durable.
