Of all the problems that that tour name may or may not have, I'd say the fact that some people don't think the women involved fit their own personal, completely subjective criteria of hotness is incredibly minor.
edit) It honestly amazes me that people choose to focus on them and their looks/choice of clothing/make-up/whatever rather than the reason why a tour with this name exists in the first place and why it's marketed the way it is.

I doubt it, because if I recall correctly the Hottest Chicks In Metal tour with Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation, and Stolen Babies did not have such a sponsor.
That being said, even if it was a "PR move" does that really matter if spreads awareness to kids about breast cancer? I mean really dude...

To agree with you I'd have to know what a porn release looks like.
This kind of reminds me of that tour in 2007 with Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation, Stolen Babies/Kylesa/In This Moment. I don't think it had a super cheesy name though, and it was with better headliners who have had longer careers.

I think, if the cause is breast cancer awareness (which I'm guessing Keep A Breast Foundation is a part of,) it probably would have been better to call the tour the "Metal Maidens Save A Breast" or something along those lines. Something to indicate the charitable aspect of the tour. Though I suppose maybe they thought no one would come if they didn't let everyone know these are "THE HOTTEST CHICKS IN METAL, MMMKAY?"
