Guess that's true, this korean-mexican fusion place nearby uses it and it's pretty delicious. They have like a short rib fries instead of mexican carne asada fries, with sriracha on them

My preferred weekday egg/toast accompaniment is Ajvar (Serbian spicy roasted capsicum relish) on the toast and Fight Sauce (smoked tomato and chipotle BBQ sauce) on top of the eggs.

Becoming my go to. Simple but flavorful. Gives a kick but isn't so strong as to kill off other flavors. Basically something that can satisfy my craving to put flavorful hot sauce on everything while still not killing the flavors of beer.
