House of Lords - cartesian Dreams.... has anyone heard this masterpiece????

Picked this new platter of amazing hard rock up last week and it has not left my CD player since. This is some of the bext stuff I have heard in YEARS (along with the new Winger of course). The past three House of Lords records have been awesome but this new one is the ticket. The songs "Desert Rain" and "Joanna" are just amazing, can't stop listening to them.

I hate to say it, but House of Lords is a band I struggle with. I want to and should like them, but I just don't that much. I enjoy their debut, Sahara, and Demons Down, but they don't hold my interest past that.

Love the music...absolutely LOVE it. Right up there with W.E.T. and Eden's Curse at the top of the melodic hard rock heap. But the lyrics? The WORST cock rock cliches since 'Slip Of The Tongue'. Seriously cringeworthy. If they could only write some thoughtful lyrics, these guys would OWN.

Thanks for suggesting! Heavier than I was expecting , but then I haven't listened to them for a long time. "Jealous Heart" probably my ATF from them.
