How can I control EQ plugins with the arrow keys?

Is there any way to use the arrow keys to control EQ (position, Q, etc) plugins? Is it posible?

Usually you can click on the #'s where you can type in the values and select all the numbers and use the arrow keys to lower/raise values.

I think it depends on the plugin. As I only use mouse, I couldn't even tell if the ones I use can be controlled with arrow keys.
