How can I make drums like this?¿?¿?¿

stars at 14 seconds in. I need some stuff like this for the song I'm writing. Is it just a glitching vst or maybe certain drum samples?

Hmm.. try finding some drum'n'bass/jungle samples/drumloops, then start playing with delays* to get that repeating "machine-gun" effect.
Record several passes with different delay times/repeats/whatever and start chopping up the result. Also try using verbs on just some parts or single hits and add those in. Use reverse. Go nuts with panning and other automation. So much can be done with "just" the regular plugs that come with your DAW.

*Works really cool if you have a delay that allows real-time manipulation of delay times.

I can't say for sure, but if it were me I just would have programmed the drums this way.
This is more drum and bass programming than glitching really
