I had just gotten my Myspace page and was exploring my interest in Egyptian Deities, specifically Sekhmet. That's a really long story, but anyway I decided to put up "do you know Sekhmet?" on my quote for Myspace. I wanted to talk to other people who knew Her and figured that would be a good way. Aziza sent me a message and I had no idea she was a singer, just that we were both interested in Ancient Egypt. I checked out her page, then of course her friends and when I slicked on the band's page I really liked it.
