How do I resize a pic to make an avatar?

I want to make a new avatar, but the file I want to use is too large. It's 120x120 and 100x100 is the largest we can use. It says to manually resize it and upload it again. Can someone help me? Thank you!

Have someone you know with photoshop adjust the image size, I would but I dont have PS anymore.

One quick way I've found is to search for the same picture on Google Images until you find one that is 100 x 100 or close to it (the size of the images are given in the search results).

My laughter was mostly due to ME being a complete failure, and I'm surprised anyone still uses it. Win2k would probably run just fine on your machine but hey, whatever works for ya

That one is for the grade three of image processing, the two linked above are for grades one and two.

Irfanview has tons of fancy features built in and can add even more features if needed by downloading plugins from the homesite. And it's free!

For anyone willing to go to the grade four and up, the tool will be GIMP which is a decent match to Photoshop, and once again it's free!
