How do you warm up for ive shows ?? even vocalists, or guitars players or drummers, what's your solution ??

Well, that assuming you still have the guitar with you before the gig, which usually doesn't happen, unless on a small venue. For guitar it also works, if you've got one of those finger exercisers called Gripmaster

I play up and down some scales/chromatics, a bit of rythm-stuff to warm up my right hand, maybe a few parts of songs.

for vocals, I do some humming and keep going harder until I do a few growls/screams (usually doesnt take long)

strap on the guitar, get my pick, and go to town like its the last solo. i play rhythms. no progression in mind, i just play chords and jam jam jam myself stupid. i don't plug in for this. when i can hit any chord or note as fast as my mind decides on them, and my mind decides fast enough to keep the beat going, then i'm ready, and i keep it at that pace and run around with it, until its show time. then i plug in and rip.

You can warm up by playing usual stretching exercises, scales, chromatics, but I think it is most important to relax. It may be not your problem, but if you have to ask, then maybe it is bothering you, and then it may be that you are too worried and tense about how you will play, and how people will react.
More important than warming up your hands is to feel good before going on stage. If you have already played guitar that same day, maybe it is enough just to noodle around with guitar for a minute or two, and have fun. ;)

A shot of vodka to cool me down, then I go over some scales to get my fingers ready to play (Guitar.) Vocals I take a shot of vodka before I go on. Works for me.

i dunno why, must be nerves or something but my hands used to go ice cold just before a performance so i used to sit on my hands. I didnt do this one time, and as i play finger bass, my rhythm was all out and i played like shit. I also used to drink litres of high taurine and caffeine drinks (like Red Bull but a cheaper version) which explains the fact that i used to leap off stage and interact with the crowd. I wish they wouldnt touch the bass tho, damn fucking annoying.
