Well, bellybutton didn't hurt much. It hurts for one second and then it's done. But I've always heard that nipples were the most painful part of the body as far as piercing is concerned. And make sure to have them both pierced at the same time unless you want to have disproportionate nips

then on the otherhand..some people say that the actual piercing of nipple doesnt hurt as much as bellybuttons..but im sucha coward that i wont do it anyway..

Honestly, bellybuton doesn't really hurt. Ok, you feel a deep warm pain but it lasts for one second only whereas nipples are said to ache for days after they have been pierced !
