Finally got around to recording this song that I wrote a good while ago. This is by far the most technical song I've ever written and recorded. It was quite fun playing it!
All the sweet details:
Guitar: Ibanez RG7620 with X2N7 in bridge.
Random cheap cable.
Axe FX Standard using Marsha HBE model.
Mixed and all that jazz in Reaper.
Superior Drummer 2.0 on drums.
Tried to get a kind of Decapitated vibe on this, with a really strong and slightly over the top kick drum. Do you think I did well?
