How to activate the avatar?

Am I the only one experiencing problems with this new board? I don't like it at all... how to activate my fuckin avatar???? I pasted the URL and still nothing... and it was not too large... I know it's still under construction but anyway...

you have to upload it again, and yeah the max size is smaller now and it's gonna stay like that, it's not temporary
it's 80x80 i think

resize it and it should work i suppose

before, you could link a 23698989x5978359584 pixels image and the html code would display it as below 100x100. now, the image has actually got to physically be under 100x100 pixels to be taken in (also below 7kb)

you can use jpeg format to compress the image, i found that 95% compression gives the closest size possible below 7kb for a 100x100 pic (though the size of the encoded image depends on its graphical complexity --ignore this whole paragraph if you're not, like, a lifeless nerd like me


and yeah the new board will take a while to get used to but i suppose it's faster and less resource heavy and all that...
