How to deal with noisy power?

What would you recommend I do/buy to deal with noisy power in my bands rehearsal space? My ENGL Blackmore is all staticy and gross sounding when I'm not playing there, but at home it is dead silent so I'm assuming there's an issue with the power.... What are my options for cleaning it before it hits the gear?

Furman PL-8 Series II power conditioner - works wonders for me! (just make sure it's a Series II, the originals didn't have any noise filtering, thus defeating the purpose!)

I don't think it will help you to avoid that issue in the rehearsal room only. buy a isp decimator to get rid off annyoing stuff at gigs too!
besides that you could try to use each rig in one power source only and try to separate each instrument in terms of power.
