How to say BODOM

How to pronounce the word bodom. I use to say it like 'bodome' with the first o short, and the second one long. Is this right? how do you pronounce it in finnish?Ther

Well in Finnish I can't be certain but in English it is pronounced "Bo - dumb"... just how it looks.

I'll always wonder why people can't be satisfied with listening to how Alexi says it in various songs and live performances... I mean he doesn't say "we're children of budom, we come from fucking Finland"... he says BODOM

So I pronoucne it like that..

I say Bodom, becuase I'M NOT FINNISH, and neither are quite a few of you. Same thing with... Tokyo, for example. It's "Toe-key-oh" in English. It's "To-kyo" (2 syllables) in Japanese. Everyone understand now that there is more than one language on the planet?
