Hi ppl just wnat to ask how do you guys approach in tuning a "tune-o-matic" bridge? Can i adjust it with the strings on it? Also does both ends of the bridge need to be the ame height?

Adjust? You mean the height? Well, yes, you can adjust with the strings on, but it'll be more difficult, and sharp saddles might cuase premature snapping. I would definitely at least slacken strings off a bit first, then retune.
No, both ends of the bridge "doesn't" need to be the same height - the bass side is usually a bit heigher to accomodate the strings' greater radii.
