how's the new musician's performance?

JoJo was awesome on the axe. I've been away from Cali on duty and would like to hear from the fans how her replacement stacks up. Is she a worthy heiress to the guitar throne? Or is she just a pretty face to sell tickets? I've no idea, so clue me in.

I am not familiar with JoJo other than the CD and vids.

When I went to the show at Blind Melons I was by the whole show. Liz was just as impressive as can be.
It sounded like IM should sound, so she is doing well.

Yes Metallicat, you hit it on the button! She has learned so much so fast and is sounding this good so far, I can only imagine how she is gonna sound in about 6 months when all that input settles and becomes more second nature.

Uhmmmmm ....Please....Linda and company would not have hired Liz if she was not a very good guitarist. I think there is too much integrity in this band for that. How about being a pretty face and also being able to be great musician? It can be both and does not have to be either / or......

Sex sells one ticket. If the performers do not have the musical chops they will never sell a second.

I admit I went to the Maidens show to check out Wanda's SB-2 in action.

I will go back to future Maidens shows because they are top notch kick ass performers.

Well, it seems Lizzy get's a ringing (kerr-annging!) endorsement from the fans on the forum, which is all I wanted to know. I'm glad to hear she's kicking ass, and I expected no less. Any band can make a mistake and land a dud sometimes, I remember a certain band who picked a swell bloke with initials B.B. who looked the part but wasn't up to standards. All fans of The Iron Maidens ( and Maiden), have a safe and happy Thanksgiving weekend and UP The Mutherf*ckin Irons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
