Ok this is pretty sloppy as i just wacked it together for some feedback.

It is a single riff with guitar, bass and drums.

Guitar : Hellraiser V, Blackstar HT5, LeCab2 (custom impulse)
Bass : Cort Curbow, Lecab (Custom Impulse), Gcomp
Drums : S2 (AS - Legacy preset)

No other processing.

I don't really think the drums are loud enough or have enough energy for this genre. Moar compression on them and a level check would benefit this most.

Edit: just read that you wanted tone feedback. I don't really deal with that genre so unfortunately I can't help you.

Thanks for the input. But yeah this isnt a help my mix thread, I havent done anything like eqing or such on anything. All is pretty stock.

So my opinion is the same for both versions (just listened to the second one actually)

Guitar tone-wise, this is pretty sweet. It's what you would expect to hear from a typical thrash band.

The drums are meeehhhhh

The bass sits well. I personally love a Rickenbacker sound for thrash... But this works well.

Hopefully the drums sound better now. I would love a Richenbarker, but money is an issue.
