Couldn't have hit at a worse time as ive got a band in on Monday
Basically while trying to sync it to something else I turned off the power button, then turned it back on....when it came back, the mixer software for the Profire couldn't find the hardware....so I was like ok fine reinstall the drivers. Did it, made no difference, ive spent the best part of the day re-installing, trying the drivers on the CD, drivers on the site, installing them as admin, without the firewall on etc etc and nothing works.
I get different error messages from time to time but its basically as below:
I've treated it as if it were a new GAS day and started from scratch and still nothing.
Running Windows Vista 32bit SP2, 4GB RAM, Intel Quad Q6700
If anybody has had this issue, for the love of god let me know how to sort it!
A support ticket is already with Avid, but I have no idea how long they will take to get back to me so I thought id throw it up on here too
Cheers!
