5 gets a slagging but i like that too

nah, the first isn't the best, because Lucifuge builds on the same thing, and way improves on it. I guess it gets a lot of hype because of Mother...
Sometimes I think II is the best, but then I listen to 4 and its just amazing all around.

5 isn't all that bad, I think overall its got a lot of crap, but then it has tracks like Come To Silver, and Ashes, which are amazing.

and then 8>7>6... but none of the post-4 era can even touch those first ones.

I think 6:66 is pretty bad, except Lilin and the stupendous Thirteen. The others I love, including 5, with III and 4p being masterpieces. He'll never release anything as good as those two again, but that's fine.

Oh yeah if I was really hardcore, I would have made 53 blank posts preceeding the lyrics for Invocation.
